Chicken Wraps

Juicy wraps with “pulled chicken” or shredded chicken and delicious corn salsa from Broken Taco. A tasty twist on your taco meal or lunchbox.
Ingredients for 4 servings of chicken wraps:
4 chicken thighs
5 dl chicken broth
2 tbsp Broken Taco Hell No salsa
4 Broken Taco tortilla XL
Broken Taco Corn Salsa
3 ounces Broken Taco Shredded Mozzarella
Broken Taco roasted bell peppers
Iceberg lettuce
Sour cream (optional)
Here’s how to make it:
Simmer the chicken thighs in the chicken broth over low heat for 2 hours or until the meat easily falls off the bone. Remove the skin and bones, and shred the chicken meat into strips. Mix the chicken with a little Broken Taco Hell No Salsa.
Warm the large tortillas in the microwave or wrap them in aluminum foil and heat them at 300°F for 3-5 minutes in the oven.
Spread the chicken on the large tortillas. Top with Broken Taco Corn Salsa, Shredded Mozzarella, Broken Taco Roasted Bell Peppers, iceberg lettuce, and optionally some sour cream.
First, fold the bottom part of the tortilla towards the center. Then fold in the sides. You can tie a napkin around the wrap to keep it together.
