Pulled Pork Taco

Tacos with pulled pork and bean stew. Juicy tacos with slow-cooked pork, pickled onions, crumbled feta, and fresh cilantro.

Ingredients for 4 servings of pulled pork taco:

4 pork neck chops
4 strips of bacon
Broken Taco Authentic Spice Mix
8 Broken Taco tortilla S
Broken Taco refried beans

Topping
Broken Taco roasted tomato salsa
Broken Taco honky Tonk onions
Fresh cilantro
3.5 ounces crumbled feta
Broken Taco sympathy for the devil sauce

Here’s how to make it:

Brown the pork neck chops and bacon in a deep skillet with a little oil. Add Broken Taco Authentic Spice Mix and pour in water until it just covers the meat. Simmer covered over low heat for 1-2 hours or until the meat falls off the bone. Cut the meat and bacon into strips.

Heat Broken Taco Refried Beans under a lid in a small pot.

Warm the small tortillas in the microwave or wrap them in aluminum foil and heat them at 300°F for 3-5 minutes in the oven.

Spread a bit of Broken Taco Refried Beans on each tortilla. Arrange the shredded meat over the beans. Top with Broken Taco Roasted Tomato Salsa, Broken Taco Honky Tonk Onions, cilantro, and crumbled feta. Feeling adventurous? Add a bit of Sympathy for the Devil Sauce.
