Loaded Three Color Nachos

Nachos with pulled pork and three different chips. The ultimate weekend treat? Try all the chips from Broken Taco and find your favorite!

Ingredients for 4-6 servings of nachos:

18 ounces ready-made pulled pork
Broken Taco Tuesday Spice Mix
1 can Broken Taco Refried Beans
Broken Taco Red Hot Jalapenos
½ bag Broken Taco tortillachips Bacon Jack
½ bag Broken Taco tortillachips Sriracha Jack
½ bag Broken Taco revet mozzarella (3 pcs.)
9 ounces shredded mozzarella

Topping
1 avocado
2 spring onions
Fresh cilantro
Broken Taco Taco Supreme

Here’s how to make it:

Shred the pulled pork into strips and mix the meat with Broken Taco Tuesday Spice Mix. Heat Broken Taco Refried Beans in a small pot.

Spread the tortilla chips in a large baking tray or ovenproof dish. Layer the refried beans, pulled pork, and Broken Taco sweet, herbed jalapenos over the chips. Make sure the chips are not completely covered; there should be chips sticking up along the edges. Top with cheese. Bake in the oven at 390°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Slice the radishes and spring onions into thin slices and dice the avocado. Just before serving, top the nachos with Broken Taco Taco Supreme, radishes, spring onions, avocado, and chopped cilantro.

Nachos become even more delicious with various tortilla chips.
